NDA Full Form-What is NDA exam? NDA is the joint defence service training institute of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services i.e. the Indian Army, the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force.

What is the National Defence Academy?
It is a public defence academy established on 20 August 1951, at the behest of the Indian Constitution. Its objectives are the improvement of skills of officers, The preparation of a nucleus of officers for the Indian Defence Services and The promotion of military scientific research and development On 16 October, 1954, the erstwhile army chief General K M Cariappa established an equivalent of the Indian Air Force Academy at Palam Air Force Station in New Delhi. The academy became operational from 1 October 1954 and was renamed as the National Defence Academy on 16 October 1954 and has since then been operating under the aegis of Ministry of Defence, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

What are the Selection Criteria for the NDA exam? The eligibility criteria for entry into the National Defence Academy are, as per the recruitment rules, i. Not more than three out of total 15 candidates should be from non-SC/ST or less than one out of total 12 candidates should be from EBC/BC categories ii. The candidate should have scored the grade ‘C’ in SSLC or its equivalent from a recognized board or council iii.
Eligibility of NDA Exam :
Applicants are required to pass class 12th or its equivalent examination from any recognised board Educational Qualification Candidates must be between the ages of 17 and 27 and should be a citizen of India Age limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years Or 17-year-old and above and not more than 27 years of age How to Apply Candidates must first register with the NDA. The applications will be accepted from January 1, 2018.
How to Apply for NDA ?
The interested candidates must have cleared the 10+2 examination. The candidates with masters in Engineering, Commerce, Science and Mathematics, and with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for the exam Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of an interview conducted by the Army Interview: An Army panel will conduct a separate oral test and writing test How to Apply for NDA 2019? If you are from Kerala, you can apply online through the official website www.adm.nic.in How to apply: After registering, the candidates have to log in using their registration number and password and fill the form thoroughly The aspirants must save their credentials in a safe place. If one forgets, they have to take print out of the application.

Scholarship Program :
Apart from the tuition fees, the institute also provides the students with a scholarship to study for and get masters. Scholarships of Rs. 1.00 Lakh each are provided for the financial year and other scholarships are given only for the deserving and meritorious students. English Language Courses NDA has three different sets of teachers for the students. First set is the audio-visual and video lecturers who teach the basic course in English language. The second set of teachers teach the candidates in the Intermediate as well as at the class VI level. The third set of teachers are the UGC certified teaching faculty who teaches in the class X level. English Methodology & Grammar All the practical and theory questions in NDA are based on the English language.
